Autumn Rush Vineyard Vendor Application 

Vendor Event: Saturday,  October 5, 2019

Hours: 11am - 4pm

Vendors will be chosen from the applications submitted. The market is open to all types of vendors: specialty merchants, crafters, DIYers, repurposers, artists, vintage collectors, and designers.


  • Your vendor fee includes a booth space at the market.

  • Vendors will receive a link to their website or facebook page on Autumn Rush Vineyard Facebook page

  • Vendors will receive “shout outs” from the Autumn Rush Vineyard Facebook page, using the pictures provided.

  • Receive $1 off glasses of wine

As a vendor, you will receive exposure, marketing and publicity for your business.  Your work or products will be showcased in our marketing of this event, including Facebook posts and other outlets.

General Policies and Booth Information 

Vendor applications will be accepted until September 28th.

  • Vendor Fee - $30

  • Autumn Rush Vineyard will assign the space

  • The market event is indoors and outdoors

  • Keep items to the assigned space

  • Some spaces may be in the loft area of the winery

  • Vendors must provide their own table cloth to cover table, displays, signage

  • Vendor must provide their own cash, card reader, cellular data (no wifi can be provided)

  • Vendors setup outside are permitted to use a 10’ x 10’ pop-up tent

  • Please let us know if you need an electrical outlet

  • Autumn Rush Vineyard is not responsible for accidents or stolen items. Vendors must have their own liability insurance

By submitting your application, you agree to:

  • Pay the vendor fee (if your application is accepted) via Square or check within 5 business days of receipt of acceptance, or risk space forfeiture.

  • Be aware that no refunds are given for any cancellations, including in the event of inclement weather.

Set Up/Tear Down

  • Merchandise can be unloaded between 9:00 - 10:30 pm. All vendors must be ready to open at 11am. We ask that you do not begin breakdown until 4 pm (unless otherwise arranged).

  • All vendors must clean up their space after the market closes including removal of all garbage.

Duplication & Originality

Autumn Rush Vineyard has limited vendor space. We are trying to ensure a diverse and unique shopping event. To avoid duplication please provide a description of the merchandise or services you will be offering.

Vendor Parking

After unloading, vendors must move their vehicle to the appropriate parking location prior to the start of the event.

Fees, Permits & Sales Tax

Each Vendor is responsible for any government-required permits, fees or taxes. Licking County sales tax is 7.25%. All vendors are responsible for collection and payment of applicable taxes and will hold Autumn Rush Vineyard harmless for any dispute over non-payment of taxes owed.

• Complete and Sign the Autumn Rush Vineyard Harmless Agreement (you will receive prior to the event)

• Pay the appropriate vendor fee via Square, check or cash (you will be emailed an invoice via Square)
